Despatch
All publications from stock are normally despatched within 2 working days. Orders within the U.K. are delivered by next day carrier (orders over 1kg), who will require a signature, or by post. Orders to the U.S.A. are sent by a UPS signed service (12 working days). Orders to Europe and to the rest of the world are sent economy. If rapid delivery is required, please add 10% to the value of the order and mark your order "Express Delivery".
